Shipping Policy

Delivery Policy Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but you will not be charged yet. We will then contact our supplier to check that the product you ordered is available for immediate shipment. Once we have confirmation, we will process your payment and dispatch your order within 2-4 days. If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and notify you.

Some of our products are made to order and may take longer to be dispatched. You can find further details about delivery times in the Delivery section on the product pages.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed and is in stock, we will charge your card and dispatch your order within 2-4 working days. For items with tracking available, we will email you the tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days, please contact us at stovesmarket@outlook.com so we can assist you.

Delivery times may vary depending on the item. For some products, the courier will arrange a delivery time directly with you. Estimated delivery times for each product are shown on the product pages.

For items that are made or customised to order, such as those that require an alternative colour, delivery times may be longer. You can find more information about delivery times in the Delivery Information tab on the product pages.
