Refund Policy

At Stoves Market, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of item delivery. If you wish to return an item, please ensure that it is in the same condition as you received it, unused and uninstalled, with tags and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

If you decide that you no longer want the item, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping may vary depending on the location of the product, but our standard delivery fee is £49.00. When you receive your order, please inspect it immediately to ensure that it is not damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us right away so that we can rectify the situation.

Please ensure that all mechanisms, levers, control knobs, and valves are thoroughly checked before installation. We will not accept returns for items that have been installed without proper inspection, nor will we be responsible for any costs associated with uninstalling a defective product.

Please note that we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or bespoke items such as those that have been cut or painted to order. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-3 working days. Refunds will be made to the same card or account that the purchase was made from. Please note that refunds can take several days or weeks to appear in your account, depending on your provider.
